State Employee Survey: Call to Action

    Hello! As the COVID-19 crisis continues, the State is planning ahead to identify employees who may be available to assist in areas where we have determined there may be a need for additional help.

    Therefore, we’d like to give our own State employees an opportunity to share with us any special licensures, health-related knowledge/skills, or desire to be redirected for the short-term, as we work to ensure critical needs are being met for all Californians.

    IMPORTANT - Do NOT fill out this survey if your Department has already deemed your position is a critical function. This includes all occupations related to:
    health/medical
    • public safety/law enforcement
    • first responders/firefighters
    • emergency management
    • highway/road maintenance
    • critical infrastructure operations and maintenance
    • operations/support for these functions including facility engineers, procurement, accounting and payroll, etc.
    You can proceed with this survey if your position does not fall into any of the above category.

    Your cooperation with this survey is voluntary and encouraged to help assist our state-wide emergency response. Any private information provided will be kept confidential and only shared as necessary to meet this emergency.
