About the Cradle-to-Career (C2C) Data System. Now, with the planning process complete, in the 2021-22 fiscal year, the California Legislature and Governor Newsom allocated $15 million for the implementation of the C2C Data System. Once implemented, the C2C Data System will provide expansive public access to the most comprehensive data system in the nation, linking existing education, workforce, financial aid, and social service information to address disparities in opportunities and improve outcomes for all communities throughout California.
